Gas Safety Certificates

MGAS provides Gas Safety Certificates to Landlords, Home Owners, and Estate Agents.

All rented properties are required by law to have a gas safety certificate completed annually. Here at Mgas Ltd we understand the importance of a gas safety, and all our engineers are gas safe registered and are trained and qualified to have your safety in mind keeping you up to date with laws and regulations.

We can arrange appointments with landlords or liaise with tenants, so that appointments are always convenient.
We also offer Legionella Risk assessment services and can supply and fit/ test smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
